Return policy

Only products purchased directly from the Unlabel website can be returned following the steps described below. If you purchased your Unlabel products at a retail store or from other websites, these products must be returned to the original store or website they were purchased from.

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please follow our Returns Procedure. We reserve the right to refuse late returns or products that are not in the same condition you received them in. We may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you.

You may return new, unworn or unused products within fourteen (14) calendar days after reception of the products. Please contact us before returning any items, as we will not accept any returns or exchange without prior contact with us. You can contact us via our customer service at support@unlabel.lt.

All products must be returned to us unused, together with all original packaging. We ask that you would take care of returned products. Unfortunately we may not be able to process the refund if you fail to take care of the products. Please ensure that your return package is packed and sealed securely. Packages must be returned with the freight prepaid. We recommend you retain proof of posting, as we cannot issue refunds for items we do not receive. Shipping costs such as duties, taxes and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products are non-refundable, with the exception of faulty items.

You can exchange your purchased item for a different style or size up to the value of the original order. In case you want to exchange the item to a different value please contact our customer service team by emailing support@unlabel.lt. If this style or size is not available, we will refund you the amount for said garment.

Refunds for returned items will be made within five (5) calendar days of the return of the product to the original purchasers PaySera account or credit/debit card, whatever form of payment you used.

Upon receipt of a faulty item, an inspection takes place. If we agree that the fault falls within the Unlabel product guarantee, then the item will be replaced or repaired free of charge. Refunds for faulty items can be made within five (5) calendar days following delivery.
